These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inside Analytics Reporting Platform, operated by Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account or using the Reporting Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Inside Analytics Reporting Platform securely connects to supported accounting systems, imports financial information and produces automated management reports for authorised users. The platform is designed to assist businesses by presenting accounting information in a clear and meaningful reporting format.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

Provide accurate company information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Use the Reporting Platform only for lawful business purposes.

3. Connection to Accounting Systems

The Reporting Platform accesses accounting information only after you have authorised the connection using the accounting provider's official authentication process.

Your accounting system username and password are never stored by Inside Analytics.
You may revoke access at any time from within your accounting software.
You remain responsible for maintaining your accounting records.

4. Reports

The Reporting Platform generates management reports using the accounting information available at the time of synchronisation.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, customers remain responsible for verifying financial information before making business decisions.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available service. However, scheduled maintenance, software updates or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Do not share your account with unauthorised users.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Reporting Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or decisions made using information contained within generated reports.

8. Changes to the Service

Inside Analytics may enhance, modify or discontinue features of the Reporting Platform from time to time in order to improve the service.

Governing Law

These terms and policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
